Exchange and Returns

1) Exchange and returns are only valid if:

- Wrong item sent
- Defected item received

2) We do not consider discrepancy in colours, shades, placement of prints, sizes or packaging as faulty items and they do not qualify for exchange and returns. For example, size of flower petal vary and they do not consider as faulty.

3) Please send an email at with a clear picture of the faulty item 48 hours after you have received your purchase. Emails sent after the 48 hours deadline will not be entertained.

4) Sale/discounted items and items purchased are strictly not valid for exchanges or returns. 


1) An email will be sent to update on the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, you will be able to receive your refunds via our coupon code for your next purchase. 

Return Address

1) Bymamatay will not be responsible for absorbing any shipping costs for returning of items unless an agreement is made by us. We will send an email with the return address attached.


1) Product measurements are provided based on the best accuracy.  

2) Measurements stated on the website may vary 0.1 to 0.3cm.

3) In the case that the measurement deviation is more than 0.3cm, a coupon code will be issued as refund.
