Exchange and Returns

1) Exchange and returns are only valid if:

- Wrong item sent
- Defected item received

2) We do not consider discrepancy in colors, shades, sizes or packaging as faulty items and they do not qualify for exchange and returns. For example, size of flower petal vary and they do not consider as faulty.

3) Please send an email at bymamatay@gmail.com with a clear picture of the faulty item 48 hours after you have received your purchase. Emails sent after the 48 hours deadline will not be entertained.

Refunds

1) An email will be sent to update on the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, you will be able to receive your refunds via original form of payment method used.

Return Address

1) Bymamatay will not be responsible for absorbing any shipping costs for returning of items unless an agreement is made by us. We will send an email with the return address attached.
